Technology Requirements for Participation 

Connect Via Zoom

All remote Academic Achievement Hub services are held using the Zoom video conferencing software, which is free for all UC San Diego students.

  • To sign in to your UC San Diego Zoom account, go to ucsd.zoom.us, click the blue Sign in button, and sign in with your Single Sign-On username and password.
  • Please use the Zoom app for all Academic Achievement Hub services. If this is your first time using Zoom, visit this help page to get set up: Getting Started with Zoom.

 To attend a workshop: 

  1. Once you register, you can find the link to the workshop in TutorTrac up to 15 minutes before by:
    1. Logging into TutorTrac
    2. Click [“Enter Online Appointment”] button in the main menu to be directed to the workshop
  2. You will also be emailed a confirmation and a link to the workshop
    1. If you do not receive an email confirmation it may be in your junk folder.
    2. Please email AAH@ucsd.edu if you do not receive the link.
  3. The tutor will be in the main room to greet you once you enter the Zoom room
