Technology Requirements for Participation 

Adobe Connect

All remote Academic Achievement Hub services are held using the Adobe Connect application, which is free for all UC San Diego students.

  • It is necessary to download the Adobe Connect application to your device in order to attend the remote SI and SG sessions. If this is your first time using Adobe Connect, visit this help page to get set up: Getting Started with Adobe Connect.
  • To join an Adobe Connect session, go to the link provided to you by the Academic Achievement Hub through email.

 To attend a workshop: 

  1. Once you register, you can find the link to the workshop in TutorTrac up to 15 minutes before by:
    1. Logging into TutorTrac
    2. Click [...]
  2. You will also be emailed a confirmation and a link to the workshop
    1. If you do not receive an email confirmation it may be in your junk folder.
    2. Please email if you do not receive the link.
  3. The tutor will be in the main room to greet you once you enter the Adobe Connect room

COVID-19 Student Information

Due to the current situation of COVID-19, all Content Tutoring sessions will be remote. Please note that the Academic Achievement Hub is using Adobe Connect for its remote sessions.
