How to Make/Cancel an Appointment

Students are able to make appointments three days in advance. If you currently do not see any appointments available, we recommend that you come back earliest tonight by 12:00 AM to see new availability. For example, if you are searching on a Monday you will be able to see Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday’s appointments. By 12:00 AM on Tuesday you will be able to see and book Friday’s appointments.

Note for students on waitlists: Our appointment system, TracCloud, only allows students enrolled in the course to make an appointment. If you are currently on a waitlist for a course we support, please visit our front desk at the Teaching and Learning Commons, Geisel 1st Floor West. Our Front Desk Assisntants will help you make an appointment. Once you are off of the waitlist, you will be able to independetly make an appointment!
